Join our donation based Online Classes

We will meet online on Zoom for classes that involve mindfulness/meditation, breathwork, and on special occasions, yoga. These classes will typically be 30-45 minutes and include time to connect with likeminded people and ask questions. The classes are donation based (we typically ask for $10), but if you cannot afford that you are still welcomed to attend!
