What is the format?
You have 6-14 months to complete the program and access to sessions that whole time.
Within that time you will get: 8 total 1:1 instruction/coaching sessions with Ellis, Sabrina, Laura, and Juan, 3 monthly group coaching and practice sessions, a course with modules to support your education, and reading suggestions.
The 1:1 sessions will help you take the course modules further, so you know the ins and outs of practicing and teaching meditation and breathwork, and getting work in the space.
What form of Meditation and Breathwork will I become certified in?
Modern mindfulness meditation (breath awareness, mindful walking, and open monitoring), and Modern Functional Breathwork (techniques like box breathing, extended exhale breathing, alternate nostril breathing and more).
How will this help me in my career and to make more money?
Unlike other options out there, this program is heavily centered on helping you create offerings in mindfulness and breathwork that actually get you clients online, and work in your local community.
You will have multiple 1:1 business coaching sessions to design your offerings, set up your online presence, and learn how to generate leads.
