Who is this for?

This is for health/wellness professionals looking to introduce mindfulness + meditation into their work. Additionally, anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness in a deep way, and help teach others and support their communities.

Do I need to want to teach to do this training?

No - we often tell people this is often the best way to deepen your own sense of meditation and mindfulness. You will be prepared to teach, but you won’t be required to.

What work + career opportunities come from being certified?

By being certified in an accredited manner, you will have training in how to work with people 1:1 and in groups. You will have formal credibility that will support you in mindfulness/meditation job opportunities and entrepreneurship.

Just like most yoga teachers need to have a certification to teach, or offer workshops, most meditation teachers must have certification and formal training to teach.

How do I complete it?

You: 1) watch the course content. 2) complete mindfulness and reading requirements (10-25 minutes a day) 3) connect with your mentor and complete final assignments 4) attend drop in Zoom classes (optional, but suggested)

How much is the Investment?

If your application is accepted- the investment is 1 payment of $697 USD (which can be split into 7 payments of $114, 4 payments of $187, or 2 of $367). We ALSO offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford this. If you want to do this, but cannot afford the above price, please do not worry- mention “Sliding Scale” in the application form.

What is the format and requirements?

Do it at your own pace course, with direct mentor access, and optional drop in Mindfulness classes on Zoom, as well as a Whatsapp community.

Additionally there will be reading and mindfulness requirements.

What makes this different than other Mindfulness Teacher Trainings?

This is a one of a kind teacher training because it is less than other accredited options out there, yet still authentic and incredibly deep in terms of the material. It also is do it at your own pace, with 1:1 mentorship, and optional drop in classes on Zoom, and can be completed within 3 to 14 months. Additionally, you will learn how to practice and teach mindfulness in a more expansive format (beyond the MBSR structure).

You will also learn from leaders (Teachers, Therapists, Coaches, Entrepreneurs) who have been in the Mindfulness/Wellness field for years and have years of practical experience as well as graduate level academic education. We feel it is academic while still being down to earth and practical.
