This is for health/wellness professionals looking to introduce mindfulness + meditation into their work. Additionally, anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness in a deep way, and help teach others and support their communities.

Do I need to want to teach to do this training?

No. I often tell people this is often the best way to deepen your own sense of meditation and spirituality. You will be prepared to teach, but you won’t be required to.

What work + career opportunities come from being certified?

By being certified in an accredited manner, you will have training in how to work with people 1:1 and in groups. You will have formal credibility that will support you in meditation job opportunities and entrepreneurship.

Just like most yoga teachers need to have a certification to teach, or offer workshops, most meditation teachers must have certification and formal training to teach.

How much is the Investment?

4 suggested payments of $297 (This pricing is much less than the average of live meditation teacher trainings) The payments will be every 30 days after the first payment.

What makes this different than other Mindfulness Teacher Trainings?

This is a one of a kind teacher training because, although it isn’t Buddhist or Hindu, it goes beyond just the secular and scientific instructions of Mindfulness. And additionally, since it isn’t religious, it also isn’t dogmatic.

Furthermore, a huge benefit of this is that it is a small group size, unlike some of the other options. So you will get lots of direct 1:1 mentor support.

What if I can’t make all of the classes?

If you can’t make the classes, they will be recorded, and you will be required to watch the recording and submit a short review on what the class was about.
